HOW TO ORDER?

You can do this through our shopping cart or else by phone, e-mail, or whatsapp. For purchasing with our shopping cart all you have to do is register yourself as one of our customers by filling in the ordering form in our home page. Then you must add items to the cart and follow indications until the order is fulfilled.

All the books in our web page are available unless the contrary is indicated or replacement expected. Unavailability of a book will not cancel the rest of your order. For more security, don´t hesitate to write us to check disponibility of any item.

DELIVERIES

By registered mail:

5€. Parcel post managed by national postal service. You will be noticed to pick up delivery at your post office. Delivery due within 3 bussines days.

Courier Service:

7€. Courier Service delivered to your home. Delivery due within 1 bussines day in capitals of provinces and 2 bussines days in others. Depends on the available stock. (If your order is placed after 12:00 p.m, it will be managed the following day, so you must allow one more day for delivery). Customers can accelerate deliveries by indicating prefered delivery hours in the comments section of your order..

National orders from 200€, send to you by means of your choice post-free.

WARNING: Delivery dues through national postal service or courier services are approximate. Librería Agrícola Jerez is not responsible for delays in parcel deliveries. In case of parcel post loss, claims will be filed after 20 days, under current regulations. In case of returning a package of every modalities, customer must pay the returning cost as well the new sending cost.
Librería Agrícola is not responsible for any customs duties in Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. They must be afford by the customer.

ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE SPAIN

DELIVERIES

Paquete Postal

Orders will be delivered through national registered airmail, which guarantees delivery. Delivery due within 2 weeks approximately. Librería Agrícola Jerez is not responsible for delivering delays due to customs saturation or mail service in your country. In case delivery is returned because of reasons beyond the bookshop’s responsibility, mail costs will not be refunded. Refunds only if items are defective. In case of deviation of goods, one will proceed to the indemnizacíón according to the international agreements that are in force between(among) Spain and the country of destiny.

Mail costs will be charged according to international airmail Spanish rates. Total amount is calculated according to items’ weight. Each item’s weight is clearly shown so that customers can calculate the amount of their purchase.

Special international home delivery. Delivery due within 2 to 5 days. Depends on the available stock. (If your order is placed after 12:00 p.m, it will be managed the following day, so you must allow one more day for delivery). Customers can accelerate deliveries by indicating prefered delivery hours in the comments section of your order. Once the order is placed customers will receive an e-mail form Mail Boxes including a reference code that will let them access services such as monitorization, location and shipping confirmation.

Mail costs will be charged according to Mail Boxes rates. Total amount is calculated according to items’ weight. Each item’s weight is clearly shown so that customers can calculate the amount of their purchase.

Yes. We accept returns in case products are faulty. In you want to be sure that you are choosing books that are adequate to your needs you can find a detailed description of each book. You can also ask for further information and we will clearly explain you its contents. Our web page is constantly being updated and we are adding new sections every week. If you still cannot find what you are looking for we will inform you and we will give you personal advice.
